Quality Assurance Technician Trainee

Shift: Rotating shifts (day and swing shifts, 4-month rotations) – availability required for day and evening shifts, overtime (as requested), some holidays, and weekends
Pay: Starting at $19.10
Benefits: Permanent, fulltime position benefits include medical, dental, and vision on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Upon qualifying through hours worked, eligible for paid vacation, 10 paid holidays, jury duty pay, bereavement leave, 401k matching, Life and Long-term Disability Insurance. Employee Assistance Program and paid sick leave are available from the start of employment.

- Weight verifications
- Coding verifications
- Packaging verifications
- Product grading
- Metal Detection verifications
- Lot tracking and verification
Skills and Qualifications
- Possess a very strong attendance mindset
- Available to work a variety of shifts
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting and fast paced environment
- Strong willingness to learn new skills
- Possess a good attitude
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to multitask as well as manage changing priorities
- Strong organizational skills
