About the Position:
The Lead Shop Mechanic will maintain and repair diesel trucks, ranging in size from tractors/trailers, heavy duty trucks, and step-vans to pick-up trucks. The mechanic is also responsible for maintaining and repairing the mounted contractor's equipment contained on those vehicles.
Position: Shop Service Manager
Where: Dearborn, MI
Hours: Monday-Friday, Day Shift
Pay: $90,000-$100,000 per year. (Negotiable based on experience)

Essential Job Functions:
- Maintain and repair diesel trucks of varying sizes.
- Maintain and repair contractor's equipment.
- Maintain and repair gas generators and compressors.
- Supervise other mechanics’ work performance.
- In charge of daily work schedule.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Ability to pass safety training exams and the background check required.
- Safety, conscientious, dependable, and quality-minded individual.
- Previous experience in managing a shop, warehouse or fleet.
