As a Dining Server, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding dining experiences for our patients and their families. This position requires a customer service-oriented mindset, excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to actively listen to our guests’ needs.
- Greet patients and visitors with warmth and enthusiasm, creating a welcoming dining atmosphere
- Take meal orders accurately, ensuring that dietary restrictions and preferences are respected
- Serve meals promptly and courteously, paying attention to presentation and quality
- Actively listen to patients’ feedback and requests, responding with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth meal service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including setting and clearing tables
- Assist in the preparation of dining areas for special events or celebrations
- Provide information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service roles is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Excellent active listening skills to understand and respond to patient needs
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices is preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.75 - $18.50 per hour based on experience.
