What You’ll Do
- Drive toward daily and weekly sales goals using our structured sales process and high-quality leads.
- Receive 1:1 coaching and live call feedback to continuously sharpen your skills.
- Participate in team huddles and ongoing development to stay sharp and motivated.
- Embrace a culture of urgency, ownership, and learning—we move fast and celebrate progress.
- Maintain compliance with Medicare regulations, licensing standards, and continuing education.

Must Haves
- Active 2-15 or 2-40 license (required)
- Strong telesales or high-volume call experience preferred.
