What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Production Supervisor position at National Novelty Brush Company?

The Assistant Production Supervisor supports the division supervisor in planning, coordinating and directing division and shift production resources, functions and staff to efficiently and effectively meet or exceed safety, quality, production, customer satisfaction, budgetary and score card goals and expectations. This position assists the supervisor to organize workflow with assignments, to prepare employee schedules and to develop, coordinate and support company and division systems, policies and procedures.

Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, along with ERP experience preferred.

Experience: 2 years within a manufacturing setting as a group/team lead or in a leadership role.

First Aid, CPR and Bloodborne certification preferred, or willing to become certified.
