We are NOT a traditional dealership. We feel that if you have experience in phone sales, larger purchase sales, or any other short-cycle sales environment, or retail sales, then we can train you. Knowing about powersports is a plus, but not required.
National Powersports Distributors is a motorcycle dealership that was established in 2002 and has grown to become one of the largest retailers of used motorcycles in the United States. Our focus is and will continue to grow in the pre-owned sector.
Every interaction is an opportunity to give our customers the best experience we can deliver. The best salesperson knows how to listen. In this role you will:
- Know how to open people up to make sure they feel comfortable
- Review the bike thoroughly
- Assist with the purchase
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Work with 100 customers per month on average
- Communicate with customers in multiple ways (Phone, Email, Text, Chat, etc.)
- Respond to new inquires with urgency, warmth, and curiosity
- Provide clear answers to a range of questions, from simple to complex
- Review the details of specific bikes in depth with customers
- Explain the purchase process for local and long-distance customers
- Monitor and document conversation in our CRM to keep team members on the same page
- Actively follow up with customers to ensure every opportunity is developed
- Taking deposits and closing business, guiding customers through their purchase
Please note, this is not a work-from-home position, as viewing/interacting with inventory items is instrumental to this role. Saturdays are a must.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
