About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the HR function for a fast-paced and highly regulated financial services organization. The CHRO will play a strategic role in shaping the company’s workforce strategy, talent management, and corporate culture while ensuring compliance with financial industry regulations.

As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CHRO will drive HR innovation, leadership development, and employee engagement to align with business goals. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in recruiting top finance talent, executive compensation, regulatory compliance, and performance-driven HR strategies within the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute a people strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives, ensuring a competitive and agile workforce.

✔️ Talent Acquisition & Retention: Oversee recruiting and retention strategies to attract top finance and investment professionals, addressing market trends and industry competition.

✔️ Compensation & Executive Benefits: Design and implement competitive compensation structures, incentive programs, and benefits packages that drive performance and compliance.

✔️ Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure HR policies and procedures align with financial industry regulations (SEC, FINRA, DOL, etc.), mitigating risk while fostering a culture of compliance.

✔️ Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a high-performance, diverse, and inclusive workplace that promotes leadership development, employee well-being, and professional growth.

✔️ HR Technology & Analytics: Utilize HRIS and data-driven insights to enhance talent management, workforce planning, and HR decision-making.

✔️ Leadership Development & Succession Planning: Implement programs that strengthen internal leadership pipelines and prepare high-potential employees for executive roles.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Experience: Minimum of 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in an executive HR role within the financial services sector.

Finance Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of talent challenges in banking, investment management, fintech, or financial consulting.

Leadership & Communication: Ability to collaborate with C-suite executives, drive organizational change, and build high-performing HR teams.

Regulatory Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with SEC, FINRA, and other financial regulations impacting HR functions.

HR Systems & Analytics: Experience with HRIS platforms, compensation benchmarking, and predictive workforce analytics.
