Salary Range:
$65,000 – $80,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sign Installation and Service Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial signage projects from inception through installation and service. This hybrid role combines hands-on technical knowledge with project management expertise to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality delivery of signage solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage all phases of signage projects including manufacturing, installation, and service.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
· Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to assign tasks, manage schedules, and ensure project milestones are met.
· Conduct site surveys and oversee the safe transport and installation of illuminated and non-illuminated signs.
· Operate and maintain equipment such as crane trucks, aerial lifts, and forklifts as needed.
· Generate quotes, cost estimates, and maintain detailed electronic project files including permits, contracts, and billing summaries.
· Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and site-specific safety protocols.
· Identify and resolve project delays, conflicts, or technical challenges proactively.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial sign project management and/or sign installation/service.
· Class B CDL license with a clean driving record preferred.
· Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with tools and power equipment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
· Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
· Customer service experience and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
