Job Description:
- Assisting customers and recommending the right storage solution for their needs.
- Keeping our facilities sparkling clean through tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, window cleaning, and light maintenance.
- Required to lift and move up to 35 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Conduct daily property checks to check on unit availability ensuring each unit is customer ready.
- Reconciling daily payments and making bank deposits.
- Helping customers stay on top of their payments by making timely follow-up reminder calls.
Qualifications:
