Essential Functions:
- Answers and directs phone calls and walk-in inquiries to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Provides information about the organization's services, policies, and procedures to visitors.
- Maintains and updates records of visitors, inquiries, and complaints.
- Monitors and maintains the cleanliness and organization of the information desk area.
- Collaborates with other departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to visitors.

- Must possess general office and multitasking skills.

Experience:
Two years of customer service experience, required.
