Full Time | Third (3rd) Shift | Monday - Thursday | 7:45 PM - 6:00 AM

Job Summary:
The Repack Team Member will work with an energetic team to pack ready-to-cook, ready-to-heat, and ready-to-eat food for grocers, wholesalers, restaurants, and institutional food services.
A Sample of the Role:
- Keeping the best inside: Inspect and process our high-quality USDA and FDA-certified food
- Repack: Pack and palletize our finished product into its newly designed packaging
- Detail-Oriented: Verify the details of work for accuracy
- Safety is a choice we make: Follow all company safety rules and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Your Natural Ingredients to Win:
- Ability to follow instructions, verbal and written
- Ability to work with established routines and procedures
- Effective communication, interpersonal, technical, problem-solving, and organization skills
- Ability to stand for 8 – 10 hours in a cool environment (38 degrees)
- Ability to lift 10 – 40lbs

Eligible following employment requirements:
- 40 hours of Flexible Time-Off (90 days of employment)
- 401(k) with company match (6 months of employment)
- Paid parental leave (12 months of employment)
Compensation:
- Starting hourly rate of $18.00 ($16.00/hr. base pay with $2.00/hr. shift premium)
- Opportunity for pay increases up to $1.50 (within the first 24 months)
