What are the responsibilities and job description for the Blending Operator position at Natural Organics Inc?
The Blending Operator I is responsible for blending raw materials in accordance with company operating procedures and maintaining cGMP and compliance.
Responsibilities are not limited to:
Level I
- To verify the room release status before starting the Blending operation.
- Learn the companies MII blending system.
- Perform "A" and "B" cleaning of the blending area, equipment, and utensils.
- Scan all materials brought to the blender.
- Use screens, ribbon blenders, V-blenders, and utensils.
- Document all activities in the Manufacturing Batch Record.
Physical Requirements:
Standing and walking short distances for most of the day
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Qualifications: Entry level, High school diploma.
