Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Production Manager for our Miami, FL location. The Production Manager will oversee daily production operations, manage teams, coordinate schedules, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality wood flooring products. Responsibilities include managing supply chain and inventory, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and maintaining operational efficiency. Additionally, the role involves troubleshooting production issues, quality control, and collaborating with the design and installation teams to meet project requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in production or operations management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of inventory control, supply chain, and workflow optimization
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong computer skills, including Google Drive, Microsoft Excel, and productivity tools
- Experience with production management software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred).
