Experienced Part-Time Dental Office Manager
We are a nonprofit organization looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. If you have dental office experience , we’d love to hear from you!
Important :
- Dental office experience is a must – please do not apply if you only have coding and billing experience without a background in dental office management.
- Billing and coding experience is not required for this position.

Job duties may include but not limited to :
Administrative Management :
Scheduling and coordinating appointments.
Staff Supervision :
Hiring, training, and supervising office staff.
Financial Management :
Monitoring budgets and financial performance.
Patient Relations :
Addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
Operational Efficiency :
Ensuring the clinic is well-maintained and equipped.

In 2018, Nature Coast Ministries provided 419 patient visits at the No Cost Dental Clinic. During those visits, 746 procedures (a combination of new patient evaluations, fillings and extractions) were performed. For those that wish to help, we need volunteers and donations.
