Part-Time Early Childhood Community Support and Extended Day Assistant
We are looking for someone to work in a support role in our Early Childhood Community (ages 3-6). This position will include supervising the playground during the students’ outdoor free time, facilitating nap in the afternoons, and supervising students in our Montessori Extended Day Program. The person in this position will work closely with ECC staff members and our ECC Extended Day Guide to foster an environment that promotes a positive experience for our students. Outdoor play is an important piece of our program and the ideal candidate will be comfortable outdoors in ALL types of weather for up to two and a half hours at a time. We are looking for someone who has experience working with children ages 3-6 and is interested in learning about Montessori and the use of Positive Discipline. The hours of the job are 12:00 pm-5:30 pm and include closing the school at the end of the day.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 27.5 per week
