Nature Stone Flooring Service Technician

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Service Tech will travel to a customer’s home on a pre-set appointment
• Exhibit clear communication skills during homeowner interactions
• Properly handle company machinery and tools
• Prep, power wash, repair and reseal Stone & Epoxy Flooring
• Perform reactive service appointments, diagnosing and fixing any issues
• Troubleshooting and Problem solving
• Stock company truck daily for jobs
• Responsible for the application and quality of work
• Fill out work orders, contracts, etc.
• Adhere to safety/health regulations and procedures when carrying out construction operations.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Cement finishing experience and/or laborers with concrete experience preferred
• Familiar with mixing epoxies and floor coatings application
• Residential, Commercial properties
• Basic understanding of units of measure (ie feet, inches, and square feet)
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-Starter who works well independently
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to establish positive rapport with customers
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. plus
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening, to include background check
