Requirements

Summary

 Transport finished goods from the Olive Branch, MS   location to the Memphis, TN location.

Essential Functions

•  Receiving incoming materials both physically and systematically.
• Handling/Scanning of finished goods for intra-company transfers.
• Warehouse cleaning, organizing, and material placement.
• General forklift operation.
• Physical counts and cycle counts.
• Inventory transfers
• Support inventory strategies
• Drive a box truck between warehouse facilities.
• Maintains accurate inventory by transporting finished goods
• Assist Olive Branch and Memphis facilities, production, inventory, and receiving departments when there is an inadequate product to be moved.
• Assist the Memphis location with basic forklift needs
• Assist with cycle counting, cleaning, and/or material receiving.
• Other duties as needed

Equipment Used and Physical Demands

• Operating a sit-down forklift to transport, load, and unload materials and finished goods
• Pallet jack
• RF scan gun
• Computer
• Must be able to move, transport, or position up to 50 pounds
• Requires the ability to remain stationary 50% of the time
• Requires the ability to stay in an upright position for extended periods
• This position needs to move about inside the warehouse occasionally
• Ability to perform tasks requiring the extension of the arms and hands
• Climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch
• Ability to talk with others, convey messages, and exchange information accurately
• Use of hand to finger, handle, or feel
• Must be able to operate a Box Truck with a manual transmission

Expected Hours of Work

· Monday – Friday,   40 hours per week

· Saturdays as needed

Travel

· Local between Natureplex warehouses

Preferred Education and Experience

· High School Diploma or General Education Degree

· Must have at least 6 months of experience driving a box truck

· A valid driver’s license and be able to pass an MVR with no more than two combined violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
