Production Manager:
A Production Manager at NatureWorks is the quarterback for landscape maintenance service delivery. Our field of play is the beautiful residential garden landscapes of Eastern Massachusetts. In this role you will oversee the day-to-day activities of a diverse team of landscape professionals. You will program, enhance, and dial in all aspects of a landscape from the first Witch Hazel bloom to the last perennial cut back, and everything in between. The key deliverables in this role are keeping your team safe, driving high quality execution and customer service, and delivering on gross profit goals that drive our continued success.
What will you do as a Production Manager?
· Lead and manage a team of diverse professionals and drive excellent results.
· Foster an environment of teamwork, inclusion, and positivity
· Work proactively to keep your team safe
· Assess service quality, seek out root causes of issues and remedy them.
· Build and optimize daily and weekly crew scheduling.
· Think and plan proactively for the 30 and 90 day picture.
· Partner with Account Management to deliver an excellent client experience.
· Track job cost reporting, manage to KPIs, and regularly forecast expected gross margin.

· Strong knowledge of landscape management practices.

· Driver’s license and DOT in good standing.
· Professional certifications, and Ma Pesticides Licenses preferred.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
