Quality Engineering Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

The Engineering Manager will provide H/W, S/W knowledge, technical direction from Headquarter (Korea), and managing, coordinating for multiple engineering teams & Quality teams; support NHA’s ATM and Banking systems to meet business requirements and continuously enhance the company’s ATM’s industry reputation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Managing and solving technical issues from field machine thru collaborate with internal team as well as Headquarter support team. (50%)
• Cooperating bank certification processes with internal development, technician and service team (15%)
• Responsible for quality reviews and reporting. (15%)
• Management quality of system in US and developing tool for install and maintenance system. (10%)
• Improve install process to reduce time for stabilization of hardware releases (10%)

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Analysis, or related field or directly related experience
• 3 years or more experiences for engineering analysis and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Korean – English bi-lingual mandatory
• JIRA, Microsoft skills for reporting, Tableau end user skill set for data usage
