PURPOSE OF POSITION
To provide instruction to students outside of the classroom; review lesson content with students; explain how to solve problems and check student's completed work.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications |
High School diploma or high school equivalency certificate. Must be 21 years of age for grades 9-12. |
Preferred Experience |
Committed in maintaining a professional relationship with students. Knowledge about the core subject and connection to resources. |

Navajo/Indian preference:
Consideration for employment will be given to Navajo, American Indian or Alaskan Tribal member with the required documentation including the necessary qualifications to meet the minimum requirements of the position. The Navajo/Indian preference law shall apply in all aspects of the position.
EMPLOYMENT CLASSIFICATION
The position is placed on the approved NPS Professional Salary Schedule.

Salary and work calendar established yearly by budget and salary scale.
