Qualifications:
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of SPECIALIZED experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performing pre-award functions for procurement involving complex contracts of highly specialized, extensive,new or innovative equipment systems, research, facilities construction and services of significant importance to the agency; 2) Providing guidance and interpretation to lower level employees on procurement regulations, policies, and procedures; 3) Negotiating changes in prices, terms and conditions; 4) Reviewing and preparing price negotiation memoranda and business clearance memoranda; 5) Ensures all actions are in accordance with all applicable policies, procedures,and regulations; and 6) Utilizing Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams and working with e Contracts. Salary : $112,015 - $145,617
