The role

Were looking for a Technical Project Coordinator who thrives on making things run smoothly behind the scenes. This is a new, cross-functional role designed to support both Product and Engineering by keeping our sprint processes humming, tasks organized, and blockers out of the way. You wont be designing features or writing code but you will be the glue that helps our teams move fast and stay aligned.

If you love facilitating workflows, keeping task boards tidy, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, we want to meet you.

What youll do

• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and progress check-ins
• Maintain Asana boards, ensuring tasks have clear owners and due dates
• Coordinate team standups and track blockers for escalation
• Document workflows, SOPs, and process improvements
• Support UAT and QA cycles with task coordination and tracking
• Be the operational backbone for the Product and Engineering teams
  

Who you are

• 2 years in technical coordination, business analysis, or product operations
• Experienced with tools like Asana, Jira, ClickUp, or similar task management platforms
• A proactive communicator who keeps teams aligned and informed
• Exceptionally organized with a knack for creating order out of chaos
  

Bonus points

• Experience working in healthcare or billing workflows
• Exposure to HIPAA/FHIR-compliant systems
• Startup or growth-stage company experience
