Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with dealers, wholesalers, and distributors
- Drive negotiations and finalize agreements to optimize profit margins and inventory turnover
- Innovate alternative channels for retired rental assets
- Scout and secure fresh business opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales targets, aligning seamlessly with company goals
- Identify potential auction items from surplus inventory or end-of-life products
Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in procuring wholesale equipment, particularly in material handling or industrial sector
- Strong understanding of wholesale distribution channels
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and market trends
- Knowledge of material handling equipment and the distinct requirements of this industry
- Travel to various locations throughout the region
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required
