What You Will Do:

Conduct analysis of large data sets in various programs and formats.

Create visual representations of data outcomes and describe trends and insights to leadership.

Maintain and update key metric dashboards and reports.

Balance a combination of recurring to ad hoc data analysis requests in a fast-paced environment.

Support the development of work products and deliverables.

Assist with the development of analyses to address internal and external requirements or priority initiatives; review numbers, identify trends, and data.

Run and maintain MS Excel based models.

What You Will Need:


Knowledge of the use of Microsoft Office Products and related applications.

Experience performing advanced statistical methods (identifying and adjusting for distributions, bivariate analysis, regressions of different varieties (linear, logistic, generalized linear).

Experience performing advanced Excel functions (Get & Transform, DAX).

Creative problem-solving ability and a consultancy mind-set.

Ability to develop strong team and client relationships.

Experience analyzing medical/pharmacy claims.

• Bachelors Degree in relevant field

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$133,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
