Position: Full Time
Working independently performs Human Capital Strategic Planning and Talent Management duties necessary to meet the needs of the PEO in administering the PEO Human Capital Strategy and Talent Management process.
Required Experience:
- Serves as the lead for all Human Capital Strategic Planning initiatives and goals and ensures alignment with existing Strategic Plans.
- Prepares designated civilian personnel reports for management, responding to inquiries, and providing information in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Develop databases to collect, analyze, and maintain data to identify targeted leadership development (e.g., succession planning).
- Performs tracking of core Department of the Army civilian education, experiential, and training requirements, and history to facilitate effective talent management rotations.
- Responsible for gathering and processing required senior rater potential evaluation (SRPE) input through the PMs and PEO HQ prior to the DPEO / PEO providing enumeration and final comments.
- Performs a range of staff and/or operational support activities; may serve as a liaison with other departments on basic administrative and/or operational matters. Performs a wide variety of data input assignments that may be confidential in nature; operates a computer to enter data, draft, edit, revise, and print letters, tables, reports, and other materials.
- Bachelors degree 5 years of experience
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience in Human Capital Strategic Planning and Civilian Talent Management to develop and measure Human Capital Strategic goals, initiatives, and metrics
- Knowledge of the Army Acquisition Demonstration Project (AcqDemo) and the contribution-based Compensation and Appraisal System (CCAS).
- Experience with Excel, Word, and the suite of Microsoft office products.
- Knowledge of SharePoint and Power BI to create Dashboards for Senior Leaders
- Knowledge of Senior Rater Potential Evaluations (SRPE) to document and communicate a candidate’s potential and readiness to assume positions of increased responsibility.
