Job Title: Project Manager – IT InfrastructureLocation: Washington, DCDuration: 9 MonthsRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate large-scale initiatives across multiple IT Infrastructure teams. This role will focus on managing a major enterprise user migration project, requiring close collaboration with technical and security stakeholders across the organization.The Project Manager will act as the central point of coordination, synchronizing multiple workstreams, mapping the full project lifecycle, and providing clear, consistent communication and status reporting to leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary Project Manager for a complex user migration initiativeCoordinate cross-functional IT infrastructure teams, including:Windows server and desktop supportFile storage and data servicesAccess management and credentialingEnd-user device supportDevelop and maintain a centralized project management frameworkCreate and manage detailed project schedules, dependencies, and critical pathsFacilitate regular stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectivesManage release cycles and deployment calendars across infrastructure environmentsIdentify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and project blockersEstablish and maintain standardized communication channels across teamsDevelop and maintain project documentation, dashboards, and status reportsProvide regular project updates and executive-level communicationsRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong understanding of Agile methodologiesProven experience coordinating technical teams across multiple IT domainsDemonstrated success managing complex infrastructure projects with interdependenciesExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsHands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, GitLab, or similar)Foundational understanding of IT infrastructure components:NetworkingServersCloud servicesExperience with ITIL frameworks and IT Service Management (ITSM)Experience supporting change management processes in enterprise environmentsPreferred AttributesAbility to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyStrong organizational and documentation skillsComfortable working with both technical teams and executive stakeholders
