RN Supervisor – Housing & Vehicle Provided
Nantucket, MA | Mon–Fri, with occasional weekends, holidays, and on-call
Contract Position
Join a dedicated home health and hospice team in one of the most scenic locations in the country—Nantucket Island. This leadership role includes a furnished apartment and vehicle for the duration of the assignment.
Position Highlights:
Lead daily operations for home health and hospice services
Supervise and mentor nursing staff
Oversee seamless transitions of care from hospital to home
Ensure regulatory compliance (DPH, CMS, JCAHO)
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and staff development
Provide clinical oversight and occasional hands-on care
Qualifications:
Active Massachusetts RN license
BLS Certification
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience (including 2 years in home health or community care)
Proven leadership and communication skills
Customer service experience a plus
