General Purpose
Nazareth Regional High School is seeking a school bus driver to transport our students to for after school sports and activities. Some morning driving may also be available to sub for

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Transport our students safely from school to drop off location and vice versa
  
• Always maintain a clean and mechanically sound bus
• Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences
• Obey all traffic laws
• Perform inspections of the bus before and after bus use
  
• Ensure safety of all students and adults
  
• All other duties as assigned relative to school bus

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• CDL Class B driver license, with a P and S endorsement required
• Clean driving record (no traffic citations in the last 5 years)
• Experience working with students preferred
• 1 years’ experience driving a school bus (training provided for the right candidate)
• Excellent communication skills
