Job Description:
The Casting Associate will report to two SVPs on the Casting & Talent team for NBCU’s Television Entertainment Group and will support talent aspects of NBC and Peacock scripted casting.
This is currently a temporary role. The current assignment is expected to continue for 3 months. The length of assignment may vary due to business needs.
General Duties:
- Manage phones, meetings, and calendars, coordinating travel and expenses
- Support day-to-day operations, including tracking the status of projects across the company while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Maintain various Department Grids
- Operate conference room systems and remote VC applications to share materials during meetings
- Create Talent presentations, utilizing researched photo and video assets
- Develop relationships with Talent and their representatives, always ensuring professionalism and great customer service
- Complete other casting and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in television and/or digital content, ideally from a casting, Talent booking and development standpoint
- Willing and able to attend casting and talent related events after hours and/or on weekends
- Working knowledge of Canva, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and basic editing software
- Hands on casting & auditioning experience – industry outreach, scheduling, running and producing an in-person session, editing and uploading for distribution

Additional Requirements:
- Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
Salary range: $32/hr - $39/hr
