This is a full-time on-site role located in Baltimore, MD for a Director of Development. The Director of Development will manage and implement various fundraising strategies and campaigns. Responsibilities include overseeing planned giving, annual giving, and philanthropy efforts, as well as managing the fundraising budget. The Director will also work closely with donors, partners, and the community to cultivate relationships and secure funding in alignment with our mission and values.
- Experience in Planned Giving, Annual Giving, and Philanthropy
- Skills in Fundraising and Budgeting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build relationships with partners, donors, and the community
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, Master’s degree preferred
- Experience in non-profit sector or similar industry is a plus
