Responsibilities
- Clear and clean dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently
- Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas for new guests
- Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic kitchen assistance
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and kitchen areas in accordance with health and safety standards
- Handle food handling responsibilities following proper procedures
- Assist with catering events or banquet setups when required
- Ensure all work areas are sanitized and organized throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service and hospitality
Skills
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel environments is preferred
- Knowledge of bussing, food preparation, and basic kitchen operations
