Senior Compliance Auditor
We are seeking a Senior Compliance Auditor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly self-motivated, and has strong organizational skills. This individual will play a pivotal role in conducting compliance audits, identifying risks, and fostering collaboration across teams to improve business processes.
As a Senior Compliance Auditor, you will be responsible for planning and executing audits, providing actionable insights, and ensuring compliance standards are met. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to special projects and engage with colleagues at all levels to drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute audit programs and testing procedures aligned with risk objectives.
- Conduct risk assessments and document findings comprehensively.
- Identify risks, evaluate their impact on the business, and recommend process or control improvements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members and business/technology partners.
- Communicate audit findings effectively to management and clients, both verbally and in writing.
- Coach and provide constructive feedback to other auditors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CISA, or CIA certification preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of audit experience, with Big 4 or healthcare industry experience as a plus.
- IT audit experience is desirable.
- Strong analytical, written/verbal communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analytics tools, enabling insightful data interpretation.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to multitask and independently manage workload.
