*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all machinery and equipment are in optimal working condition to support the production process. *Responsibilities* - Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians - Develop and implement maintenance procedures to maximize efficiency - Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify and address issues promptly - Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs and maintenance services - Train new maintenance staff on safety protocols and equipment operation - Maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment supplies *Skills* - Proficiency in low voltage and high voltage electrical systems - Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate a maintenance team - Experience in project management related to industrial maintenance projects - Knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting techniques - Familiarity with ohmmeters, logic controllers, and other maintenance tools - Fluency in English for effective communication within the team and with vendors
Qualifications
- Proficient in English communication
- Strong supervisory experience in industrial maintenance
- Extensive mechanical and electrical knowledge, including low and high voltage systems
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and maintenance management
- Experience with project management and using tools like voltmeters and ohmmeters
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers and CMMS systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
