Salary Range: $20.00 - $36.00 Hourly
Description
NDI NM is seeking talented theater technicians, artists, and craftspeople for seasonal backstage roles. We need experts in lighting, audio, stage management, costuming, props fabrication, crafting, and painting. Positions include Stage Manager, Light Board Programmer/Operator, Audio Support, Stagehands, Electricians, Props Fabricators, and Painters.
These are hourly, casual/temporary roles that work live theatrical rehearsals and performances for NDI.
Qualifications
- Entry level to seasoned professionals.
- 1-3 years’ experience working backstage is preferred, however, on the job training for those learning.
- Lighting programmer (Board Op) - Familiarity with EOS software/experience programming for conventional and intelligent lighting fixtures.
- Experience with Audio/video software, Illustrator/photoshop, Microsoft office suite a plus.
- Graphics art design experience would be a plus.
- Individuals who are multiskilled and willing to move between different crafts are ideal candidates for technical work with NDI.
