What are the responsibilities and job description for the Content & Community Specialist position at Neace Ventures?
We’re looking for a content-obsessed creator and brand storyteller. As our Content & Community Specialist, you’ll lead the charge in building engaging, platform-specific content that drives awareness, loyalty, and community – across Neace Ventures’ CPG & Food/Beverage brands! This position plays a key role in content creation, campaign coordination, social media management, and digital analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation -
- Build and execute monthly content calendars for each brand – tailoring if needed to each platform
- Create short-form videos – from concept to shoot to edit
- Conduct in-house and on-location photography and videography sessions
- Write engaging copy that aligns with brand voice, tone, and goals
- Collaborate with team to pitch creative concepts and campaign ideas – creative freedom at your fingertips!
Graphic Design & Digital Assets –
- Design email graphics and templates, digital board assets, web banners, social posts, and point-of-sale items
- Support marketing collateral needs for internal teams and retail partners
- Desire to take design skillset to the next level!
Influencer & Rewards Program Support –
- Assist with onboarding influencer management platform
- Communicate with influencers, coordinate content needs, and track deliverables
- Collaborate on rewards program campaigns and design promotional content (email, social, in-app)
- Opportunity to own influencer and rewards program management!
Social Media & Community Management –
- Post daily content, engage with comments and DMs, monitor reviews across platforms
- Trend searcher and lover – identify opportunities for real-time or campaign-driven content
- Find new ways to optimize social profiles – cleanup and refresh
Reporting & Analytics –
- Measure social KPIs and run monthly reports
- Track promo performance and compile monthly reports through rewards program
- Build influencer reports
- Send report recaps to managers and stakeholders
Ad Hoc Marketing & Brand Support –
- Coordinate event marketing efforts including ambassador scheduling, branded materials, and on-site representation
- Provide marketing support for local and regional events as needed
- Assist in merch design, sourcing, and ordering across brand platforms
