As the Account Executive role, you will engage in outcome-oriented business development practices and work diligently to produce new business by effectively promoting our solutions and providing proactive communication and first-class support and service to our customers. You will meet sales objectives, deliver useful sales presentations, utilize a precise record-keeping system for client interactions, and much more.
What you bring to the table:
- 5 years of title or real estate sales experience.
- College degree in business field, preferred.
- Potential book of business to call on.
- Accountability with strong territory management skills.
- Experience meeting sales quotas in highly competitive markets.
- Willingness & ability to travel regularly and work after hours, as needed.
You’ll be working on:
- Achieving sales goals by employing results-focused business development practices.
- Establishing positive and proactive relationships with clients.
- Promptly submitting complete and correct title orders.
- Conducting and keeping accurate records of sales presentations, cold calls and other appointments.
- Attending trade shows, conventions, seminars and other real estate events.
- Staying in tune with customer and competitor activities.
