Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HVAC Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing, maintaining, and managing inventory for HVAC equipment and parts. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring field technicians are fully stocked and prepared to perform service and installation work efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store HVAC equipment, parts, and materials
- Pull and stage equipment and supplies for upcoming jobs
- Perform routine inventory counts and maintain accurate records
- Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts or other equipment
- Assist in managing returns and warranty items
- Communicate with service and install teams to meet material needs
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or surpluses to management
- Operate company vehicles as needed for deliveries or pickups
- Pick up, drop-off parts to and/or from vendors. Deliver parts to our technicians at the job location logs
- Follow all safety rules, company regulations, safety policies and OSHA regulations
- Heavy lifting. Must be able to lift #50 to 100#s regularly
- Deliver consistent and excellent customer service that ensures a high level of customer satisfaction
- Promote the company through performance, attitude and knowledge
- All other duties assigned as needed
