Job Description:
Neat Companies is searching for an organized self-starter to be our new Operations and Sales Support Specialist. This is a dual position that aids management in day-to-day operations as well as providing support to sales staff. Requires building and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
Duties:
- Daily communication with customers; providing pricing, product information and delivery information, as well as taking orders and upselling as the opportunity arises
- Process warranty claims, special orders and product returns in a timely manner
- Document all communication with customers in a CRM software system, while monitoring the customer care in-box
- Manage & process prospective or new customer paperwork, ensuring all required forms are completed and received from the customer.
- Help facilitate management in day-to-day operations
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to display tact, diplomacy, and calmness while interacting with management, customers and co-workers
- Above average computer skills, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel
- Experience using ERP systems
- Ability to pick up new skills and industry knowledge quickly, with an eagerness to learn more about the company & the reason behind each step of the job
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent organizational skills
- Communicate clearly via telephone and computer
