Position Summary:
Necco has an opportunity for a career as IT Support Specialist. This position will add the most value by eliminating the external vendor spend for a network monitoring contractor role.

The candidate selected will be responsible for the following:
Network
● Basic troubleshooting and monitoring of NECCO’s network
● Respond timely to incident response system
IT Support and Troubleshooting
● Provide support and basic system diagnostics to all service offices
● Assist Service Delivery Lead in providing consistent and timely support to our staff, through either primary or third-party tools
Corporate Citizen
● Practice ruthless pragmatism

Position Qualifications
● Some college preferred
● Ability to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships across multiple functions and organization levels
● Knowledge in Microsoft Products, Windows, Mac, and Smartsheet
● Excellent written, oral communication, and organizational skills
● Attention to detail
● Excellent customer service skills
● Successful completion of all required criminal background checks
● Travel/Training Willingness
