Responsible for handling incoming customer calls and making outbound calls. Handle all installation leads from different marketing channels and create sales calendar.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls in a positive fashion.
- Answer customers questions in a professional and courteous manner
- Follow up with customers on installations
- Process rebates for customers
- Enter warranty information into manufacturers website
- Enter customer information into CRM
- Maintain and develop great rapport with new/ existing customers
- Able to resolve customer complaints and follow up on issues
- Help to schedule calls for service technicians and determine customer priority.
- Support and assist office staff with marketing and other projects as directed.
- General administrative work including filing, organization, and mailings.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- Two years related experience and/or training in customer service, billing, dispatching or project management or equivalent combination of education and experience Positive attitude
- Advanced customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task
- Organized
- Computer skills including MS Excel
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
