Neel-Schaffer seeks responses from experienced, qualified applicants for the position of Construction Project Manager to work for our growing Engineering and Construction Management firm in our Hattiesburg (MS) location. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in managing a wide variety of construction-related projects. These projects primarily include general civil site design and transportation systems (roadway, parking lots, pedestrian pathways, etc.). Project Management and construction experience is required.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, preferred.
- Licensed Professional Civil Engineer, preferred.
- 5 years of design experience managing construction related projects.
- Experience leading and managing construction staff, preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Valid driver’s license.
