We have an extensive wait list of patients in need of our services, and we are looking for a volunteer to help us contact these individuals and schedule their intake appointments. Your contributions will play a crucial role in helping our patients receive the care they need. Responsibilities:
- Assisting with managing and maintaining the waitlist for behavioral health services
- Calling patients to schedule intake appointments and ensure timely access to care
- Coordinating with the behavioral health team to streamline patient scheduling processes
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in psychology or related field preferred
- Experience in behavioral health or a strong interest in the field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Time Commitment: This volunteer position requires a commitment of 16 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options available. Volunteers must adhere to the agreed-upon schedule and give notice of scheduling conflicts. We are looking for shifts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 am to 12 pm, or 1 pm to 4 pm.
