About the Position

We are currently looking for an experienced Commercial Lender to join our growing bank. As a Commercial Lender, you will be responsible for positively representing our organization with customers and also while serving our community. In addition, you will actively support the bank’s growth initiatives by serving an existing customer portfolio as well as sourcing new loan and depository relationships.
With our Bank, Lenders will have the opportunity to work with a customer-focused and enthusiastic team as you serve our customers and community.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
· Manages all aspects of borrowing relationship, loan closings and on-going customer communication and relationship building
· Develop and maintain a commercial loan & deposit portfolio
· Participate in weekly loan committee meetings
· Will be responsible for annual reviews and timely collection of all assigned loans
· Originate commercial loans including, residential, construction, land development, equipment and machinery, lines of credit, working capital, and floor plans according to policy
· Collect past due and charge-off loans according to policy and within plan
· Responsible to market the bank and bank products in the communities we serve.
· Develop and maintain knowledge of loan related compliance and documentation issues
· Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of commercial lending experience.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
