As a Customer Retention Specialist on the Window Genie team, a typical day for you will include :
- Project Management : Manage and implement various projects and initiatives, such as new product launches, marketing campaigns, and operational improvements.
- Franchisee Support and Training : Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to franchisees on operational procedures, marketing strategies, and customer retention techniques.
- Operational Excellence : Manage and optimize franchise operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards and maximizing profitability.
- Communication and Collaboration : Effectively communicate with franchisees, internal teams, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and address concerns.
- Data Analysis and Reporting : Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, measure success, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance around Repeat Business System initiative.
