The primary responsibilities of the Production Operator include but are not limited to operating various lines of equipment in production. Meet daily production goals and understand cycle time requirements. Follow plant safety and environmental policies and keep work areas clean and orderly. Ensure work is in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) standards.

The work environment is typically noisy with regular amounts of machine noises. The smell of related chemicals and lubricants may occur.

The employee is regularly required to be able to bend, stand, reach, or lift. The employee is required to be able to lift items on a regular basis, up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
Seasonal employees are not eligible for company benefits or company bonuses. Opportunities may be available to
seasonal workers to become full-time employees. Full-time employees are eligible for company benefits and
bonuses after a 90 day probationary period.

If hired, all employees are required to submit proof of eligibility to work in the United States within 72 hours of their start date.

- Operate production equipment and follow product and quality instructions, blueprints, diagrams, etc.
- Meet daily production goals and understand cycle time requirements
- Follow plant safety and environmental policies, and keep work areas clean and orderly
- Perform and maintain accurate finished goods traceability
- Escalate concerns for material, technical, and quality issues
- Make workstation adjustments to facilitate product changeover, as required
- Monitor the manufacturing process to ensure its safe operation.
- Perform sampling procedures as required by the manufacturing process or by supervision as needed.
- Attend process, safety, regulatory and environmental training as required.
- Report unsafe acts, conditions and behaviors as needed.
- Ensure work is in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) standards.
