Neil Huffman Automotive Group is currently seeking a full time Parts Counter Consultant at our Frankfort Honda store.

- Assist walk-in customers in selecting required parts, suggest companion requirements, offer specials, and ensure that the customer is exposed to the full product line.
- Pull purchased parts from stock.
- Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
- Assist outside sales representative with their orders.
- Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
- Assist service technicians in selecting parts needed for repairs in process.
- Be friendly, professional and efficient when working with all customers, both on the phone and in person.
- Provide the same high level of service to the other dealerships departments as is given to other customers.
- Maintain neat and professional appearance of person and work area.
- Arrive before designated starting time.
- All other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements
- Previous parts counter experience required *Detail oriented *Strong organization skills *Ability to work as a team player *Excellent communication and customer service skills *Valid drivers license, clean driving record *Ability to pass a background, drug testHours: Monday-Friday 9-6 and every third Saturday of the month from 8-4
