Description
Responsibilities include:
1. Performs all duties in a safe and legal manner, being responsible for yourself and the employees around you.
2. Assists with all planning and scheduling activities of domestic & international supply chain.
3. Documents and processes outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy & completeness with all data entry.
4. Works with plant production to organize product delivery to customers, includingcoordination of process flows to make logistics activities effective, efficient, and on time.
5. Provide general support and orientation training to visitors
6. Enters sales orders and lines up logistics for Intracompany, International & Domestic customers across all market segments.
7. Provides initial communication with all inbound drivers and coordinates with the plant on their destination.
8. Receives BOL for inbound raw materials and gives out final paperwork for outbound shipments for all drivers.
9. Maintain contact list of domestic Specialty Chemical customers.
10. Perform Customer Service functions for all markets.
11. Answers and routes phone calls as needed
12. Develop and maintain a filing system
13. Manages gate entry of all incoming drivers/guest
14. Perform all task in our internal ERP (D365) software along with working in customer software (SAP, ARIBA, etc)
15. Performs other duties as deemed necessary by the company.
Qualifications

Company vehicle
Qualifications and skills required:
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Associates degree in Accounting or related field is a plus
Experienced in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, or other related discipline or experience is preferred
Transaction processing experience
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Excellent attention to detail, organized and process driven.
Ability to be trained to work with internal ERP system (Microsoft AX, SAP, ARIBA, etc.), for data entry operations.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook & Teams
Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team-based environment.
Proven administrative experience
Valid state issued driver’s license
