Job Description
Nemours Children's Hospital, Delaware is looking for two positions for The Adult Congenital Heart Disease program : Medical Director for the Adult Congenital Cardiology Program and an additional ACHD physician provider.
The current ACHD team consists of full time ACHD congenital cardiac surgeons, one board certified ACHD cardiologist, one full time PA, one full time social worker, one full time ACHD nurse, and a full-time clinical psychologist. In addition, the program is supported by a team providing advanced imaging, cardiac catheterization, cardiac electrophysiology, cardiac anesthesia, and intensive care to the ACHD patients. The applicant for medical director position should be ACHD board certified and at an associate or Professor level of seniority. Candidates in early career who are board eligible or certified are also encouraged to apply . The candidate will be required to provide care in both inpatient and outpatient space.
