Overview:
Our client, a very well known General Contractor is looking for a growth oriented Project Manager within the Minnesota market.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Identify potential opportunities and track progress using Coesential or other CRM tools.
- Facilitate professional meetings and presentations.
- Attend industry conferences and events to promote the company and engage with current and prospective clients.
- Conduct research and data gathering for project development.
- Maintain proactive communication with financial managers, architects, and engineers to address client needs.
- Secure contracts for both short- and long-term projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Understanding of the local government sector and experience working with governing boards.
- Proven track record in business development and building productive client relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in public relations and finance is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Commitment to maintaining high integrity and ethical standards.
