What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mechanical Estimator - Team Lead position at Nenni and Associates?
We are looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will budget and bid on commercial HVAC projects. The Estimator will also coordinate all activities from receipt of plans to the delivery of our final proposal.
Required qualifications
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Must pass drug and background screens
• 3 years of hands-on field HVAC experience is required
• Commercial maintenance sales experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
• Basic knowledge of construction accounting
• Strong computer skills (including proficiency with MS Word, Excel, & Outlook)
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong verbal and written skills
• High motivation to meet sales goals
